Unio represents the new way of sharing contacts in our ever-evolving world. Our main premise is to reunite all your links and shareable information in a single place so you won’t ever need to share many individual links.

We aim to evolve and change the game by making contactless sharing mainstream and your profile page as customizable as you want. Also, of course, we’re inviting you to embark on this experience with us. All you need is a Unio profile and a Unio Tag. Are you ready?

Unio uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to send your information wirelessly to whoever you want. No internet, bluetooth or energy needed.

NFC works by approximation from two devices, (i.e. the Unio Tag on your phone and someone else’s phone) so the best way to share your information is by touching the Tag on someone’s phone.

The main way of sharing your Unio profile is by using the Unio Tags to send your information instantly to another person. Alternatively, you can also use your Unio Link and your Unio QR-code to share your profile.

The Unio app is FREE! We believe that all features and customizations should be free of charge, so that’s how we work.

Our products, such as the Unio Tags and Unio Keychain are the only thing that will ever cost you money.

Our products, such as the Unio Tag and Unio Keychain are available on our store!

On Phones, place the tag as follows:

Alternatively, the tag can be placed anywhere to share information. Use it on your desk, on your car, on your house. Get creative!

No! The Unio Tag works with NFC (Near Field Communication), which enables it to share information through proximity, so you’ll never need to worry about battery usage with us.

No! The Unio Tag and Unio Keychain are water resistant so chances are that your Unio Product is still working fine! Be careful to not take it for long dives though.

No! The Unio Tag works with NFC (Near Field Communication), which shares your information through approximation. In some phones you'll need to activate the NFC option to receive information.

The app is supported by Android and iOS. The Unio Tag can be placed on the backside of any phone, however to receive information through contact you’ll need to use a NFC-enabled phone. Check the list of compatible phones here.

You can share your information and profile through your Unio Link and Unio QR-code.

The Unio App is available on the App Store and Playstore for both iOS and Android respectively.

The Unio app is FREE! We believe that all features and customizations should be free of charge, so that’s how we work.

You need the Unio App to activate and edit your profile and information you want to share. However after the Unio Tag has been activated and the profile has been set up, it doesn’t necessarily need the app to share information.

Yes! The Unio App supports multiple tags connected to your device at the same time, though they’ll always share the information that is currently being used.

Your profile link can be edited through the app on the “Edit full profile” section.

Please, contact us here.

Having trouble using the Unio App? Try the Troubleshooting section or contact us here.

Our products, such as the Unio Tags and Unio Keychain are available on Walmart and Amazon.

Unio uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to send your information wirelessly to whoever you want. No internet, bluetooth or energy needed.

Before you start using the Unio Tag you’ll need to activate it and set up your profile on the Unio App.

First you’ll need to download the Unio App from the App Store or Playstore and create your account or sign up if you already have one. Then you’ll click on the “Activate Device” option. The app will prompt you to scan the Unio Tag to activate it and then type the code, located on the back of the tag, to validate it. After that all you need to do is set up your profile and you’re ready to tap!

Yes! The usual length of a phone case is within the limits of the NFC technology. We would recommend that you’d use it on top of your phone case for a better experience though.

Please check if your phone is compatible with the Unio App (Android 4.4+ and iOS 13+) and if you have available memory space on your phone.

If the problem persists, check the store troubleshoot or contact us.

Please check your Walmart/Amazon account to know what is happening with your order. We also suggest checking your email for more information.

If the problem persists, contact us.

Check if your email is available and typed correctly. Also make sure your password matches on both fields.

If the problem persists, contact us.

Make sure that your phone has NFC enabled and that you typed the Unio Tag code correctly on your phone. When scanning the Unio Tag, please touch it with the backside of your phone. NFC works by approximation so touch it to make sure the contact is being made.

If the problem persists, contact us.

Make sure that the Unio Tag has been correctly activated by checking out the “Devices” section on your Unio App and that the Tag has not been activated by anyone before. Also the phone receiving the information needs to be compatible with NFC technology.

If the problem persists, contact us.

Please, check if the phone receiving the tap is NFC compatible here[link] and if their NFC sensor is activated. Most Androids have their NFC sensor on the medium to lower part of the phone, try tapping on that area. Also be certain that the Unio Tag and the phone are touching.

If the problem persists, contact us.

Please, check if the iPhone receiving the tap is NFC compatible here[link] and if their NFC sensor is activated. IPhones have their NFC sensor on the top right part of the phone, try tapping on that area. Also be certain that the Unio Tag and the iPhone are touching.

If the problem persists, contact us.

If you lost your password, please use the “Retrieve Password” option on the login page and check your email inbox for a new login code and create a new password.

If the problem persists, contact us.
